Deposit for Appointment
Once you have booked an appointment the deposit is to be paid immediately. Any deposit that is not paid within 24 hours, that appointment will be cancelled and the user account will be blocked from booking any further appointments.
DO NOT book your appointment until you are ready to pay the deposit.
We understand that ‘life’ happens and an appointment may need to be rescheduled. We require 48-hour notice to reschedule an appointment with no issue.
An appointment may only be rescheduled once. If another reschedule is needed, the original deposit is forfeited and another deposit must be made before another slot can be secured.
No shows and last min cancellations (cancels outside of 48-hour time frame) will forfeit the deposit entirely. No rebooking will be allowed.
